September, October, November & December
In September and October, the weather remains very pleasant, but cooler than at the height of summer (falling from highs of just under 30 at the beginning of September to 20 by the end of October). This can be a nice time to visit, when a lot of people have gone home, and the weather is still good but cool enough to allow for more activity.
By November, the main tourist season has ended although temperatures are still fairly mild at the beginning of the month. Temperatures fall still further in December, when rain is heavy and snowfall is again not uncommon.
Sunlight hours per day fall from 9 in September to 4 in December.
